4 अगस्त 2025 को दिल्ली के वसंत कुंज नॉर्थ पुलिस स्टेशन में श्री शारदा इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ इंडियन मैनेजमेंट में हुई यौन उत्पीड़न की चौंकाने वाली घटना की शिकायत दर्ज की गई। श्री श्रींगेरी मठ के प्रशासक श्री पी. ए. मुरली ने चैतन्यनंद सारस्वती (पार्थ सारथी) के खिलाफ ईडब्ल्यूएस छात्राओं के साथ गलत व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगाया। पुलिस ने 32 छात्राओं के बयान दर्ज किए, जिनमें अवांछित शारीरिक संपर्क, आपत्तिजनक संदेश और संस्थान के कुछ कर्मचारियों द्वारा दबाव की बातें सामने आईं। आईपीसी धारा 75(2)/79/351(2) के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई। कई छापेमारी की गई और जब्त रिकॉर्ड का फोरेंसिक विश्लेषण चल रहा है।

Delhi Ashram Baba:On August 4, 2025, a shocking sexual harassment case surfaced at Shri Sharda Institute of Indian Management, Vasant Kunj North, Delhi. Shri P. A. Murali, Administrator of Shri Sringeri Math, filed a complaint against Chaitanyanand Saraswati (aka Parth Sarathi) for allegedly harassing female EWS scholarship students. Police recorded statements of 32 students, revealing cases of unwanted physical contact, abusive messages, and faculty pressure. An FIR under IPC Sections 75(2)/79/351(2) was registered. Multiple raids were conducted, and forensic analysis of seized records is underway.
