SC on Vantara Animal Shelter: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वनतारा एनिमल शेल्टर से जुड़े विवाद की जांच के लिए एक विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) के गठन का आदेश दिया है. ये आदेश अनंत अंबानी से जुड़े इस मामले में एक बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है. चार सदस्यीय एसआईटी की अध्यक्षता पूर्व न्यायाधीश जे चेलमेश्वर करेंगे. एसआईटी की जांच का दायरा जानवरों की खरीद-फरोख्त और वन्य जीव संरक्षण अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के पालन पर केंद्रित होगा. जांच दल को 12 सितंबर तक अपनी रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सौंपने का निर्देश दिया गया है. इस फैसले से वनतारा मामले में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने की उम्मीद है.

SC on Vantara Animal Shelter: The Supreme Court has ordered the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the controversy related to Vantara Animal Shelter. This order is being considered a big step in this case related to Anant Ambani. The four-member SIT will be headed by former judge J Chelameswar. The scope of the SIT’s investigation will focus on the purchase and sale of animals and compliance with the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act. The investigation team has been directed to submit its report to the Supreme Court by September 12. This decision is expected to ensure transparency and accountability in the Vantara case.
