पड़ोसी राज्य बिहार में होने जा रहे विधानसभा चुनाव का असर उत्तर प्रदेश में भी दिख रहा है. अभी रविवार को बिहार में बीजेपी के नेशनल डेमोक्रेटिक अलायंस (NDA) ने सीट शेयरिंग का फॉर्म्युला फाइनल करने का ऐलान किया ही था कि यूपी के उसके एक गठबंधन पार्टनर ने टेंशन बढ़ाने वाला काम कर दिया है. यूपी में एनडीए की पार्टनर ओमप्रकाश राजभर की पार्टी सुहेलदेव भारतीय समाज पार्टी (SBSP) ने भी बिहार की 153 विधानसभा सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान कर दिया है.

Just as the BJP’s National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar announced the finalization of its seat-sharing formula on Sunday, one of its alliance partners in Uttar Pradesh has added to the tension. Om Prakash Rajbhar’s party, the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), an NDA partner in Uttar Pradesh, has also announced its intention to contest all 153 assembly seats in Bihar.
