राजस्थान सरकार ने ऐलान किया है कि वह देश के सबसे कड़े धर्मांतरण-विरोधी कानूनों में से एक लाने वाली है. प्रस्तावित ड्राफ्ट के अनुसार अगर कोई व्यक्ति बलपूर्वक, धोखे से या प्रलोभन देकर धर्म बदलवाता है तो उसे आजीवन कारावास की सजा हो सकती है. इसके अलावा 50 लाख रुपए तक का जुर्माना भी लगाया जा सकेगा.

The Rajasthan government has announced that it is going to bring one of the most stringent anti-conversion laws in the country. According to the proposed draft, if a person converts religion by force, deception or inducement, he can be sentenced to life imprisonment. Apart from this, a fine of up to Rs 50 lakh can also be imposed.
