राजस्थान में एक बार फिर मानसून सक्रिय हो गया है और कोटा, सवाई माधोपुर और बारां जिलों में मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण बाढ़ जैसे हालात बन गए हैं। कोटा के कई इलाकों में 2 से 3 फीट पानी भर गया है, जिससे जनजीवन पूरी तरह से अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है। वहीं, सवाई माधोपुर रेलवे स्टेशन की पटरियां पानी में डूब गई हैं और नेशनल हाईवे 552 पर सड़क टूट गई है। इन हालातों को देखते हुए तीनों जिलों में स्कूलों की छुट्टियां घोषित कर दी गई हैं। सवाई माधोपुर के सूरवाल बांध में एक लोगों से भरी नाव अचानक पलट गई। नाव में करीब 8 से 10 लोग सवार थे, जिनमें से कुछ लोगों के लापता होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन तेजी से जारी है, स्थानीय प्रशासन और SDRF की टीमें मौके पर पहुंच चुकी हैं।

Monsoon has become active once again in Rajasthan and due to heavy rains, flood-like conditions have arisen in Kota, Sawai Madhopur and Baran districts. Many areas of Kota are flooded with 2 to 3 feet of water, due to which life has become completely disrupted. At the same time, the tracks of Sawai Madhopur railway station have been submerged in water and the road on National Highway 552 has broken. In view of these conditions, school holidays have been declared in all three districts. A boat full of people suddenly capsized in Surwal Dam in Sawai Madhopur. There were about 8 to 10 people in the boat, out of which some people are feared missing. Rescue operation is going on rapidly, local administration and SDRF teams have reached the spot.
