Addressing a public meeting in Kutumba, Aurangabad district, Bihar, Rahul Gandhi said that the country’s army and major institutions are controlled by only 10% of the population, while the remaining 90% – comprising Dalits, backward classes, extremely backward classes, and minority communities – have no representation whatsoever.
