फिलीपींस के मिंदानाओ क्षेत्र के दावाओ ओरिएंटल प्रांत में शुक्रवार सुबह 7.6 तीव्रता का समुद्री भूकंप आया। फिलीपींस के ज्वालामुखी एवं भूकंप विज्ञान संस्थान ने यह जानकारी दी। संस्थान की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, यह भूकंप स्थानीय समयानुसार सुबह 9:43 बजे (0143 जीएमटी) आया। इसका केंद्र समुद्र में 10 किलोमीटर की गहराई पर, मनाय से लगभग 62 किलोमीटर पूर्व में स्थित था।
