गाजा को लेकर कट्टरपंथी संगठन तहरीक-ए-लब्बैक के लोग अमेरिकी दूतावास के बाहर प्रदर्शन करने जा रहे थे. मुरीदके में ही पुलिस ने संगठन के लोगों की पिटाई कर दी. संगठन के नेताओं का कहना है कि फज्र की नमाज पढ़ते वक्त पुलिस ने पिटाई की. मुरीदके हाफिज सईद का गढ़ माना जाता है.

Members of the radical organization Tehreek-e-Labbaik were going to protest outside the US Embassy regarding Gaza. Police beat up members of the organization in Muridke. Organization leaders say they were being beaten while praying Fajr prayers. Muridke is considered a stronghold of Hafiz Saeed.
