Muharram, one of the major festivals of the Muslim community, is being celebrated on 6 July this year. Muharram is the first month of the Islamic Hijri calendar and is considered one of the four holy months of Islam. In such a situation, tight security has been put in place during Muharram in UP.
मुस्लिम समुदाय के प्रमुख त्योहारों में से एक मुहर्रम इस साल 6 जुलाई यानी आज को मनाया जा रहा हैं. मुहर्रम इस्लामिक हिजरी कैलेंडर का पहला महीना है और इसे इस्लाम के चार पवित्र महीनों में से एक माना जाता है. ऐसे में यूपी में मुहर्रम पर कड़ी सुरक्षा कर दी गई है.
