कार की साइड लगने से शनिवार शाम छह बजे मंगलौर के पास रुड़की मार्ग पर कांवड़ यात्रियों और कार सवारों के बीच विवाद हो गया। कांवड़ यात्रियों ने कार में तोड़फोड़ करने के साथ ही उसमें सवार लोगों से मारपीट की। वहीं इस मुद्दे ने अब तूल पकड़ ली है और अब इस मुद्दे पर धर्मगरु के बयान ने सबको चौंका दिया है.
