Heavy rains have led to flood-like conditions in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu city recorded 190.4 mm of rain, the highest since 1926. Many roads and colonies were submerged, causing inconvenience to people. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain and cloudburst in the next 48 hours.
