जम्मू-कश्मीर में एक बार फिर से बादल फटने की घटना सामने आई है. इस बार रामबन में बादल फटा है और रियासी में लैंडस्लाइड हुआ है. वहीं रियासी में भूस्खलन के कारण सात लोगों की मौत हो गई. स्थानीय विधायक खुर्शीद अहमद ने कहा, “यह बहुत दुखद है; हमने पहले कभी इतनी भारी बारिश और तूफान नहीं देखा.
