नए कानूनी शिकंजे में जकड़ते हुए दिख रहे हैं… दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट भारतीय रेलवे खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम यानी IRCTC में कथित अनियमितताओं से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में आरोप तय करने का आदेश सुनाया है…आदेश देते वक्त अदालत ने लालू यादव से पूछा- क्या आप अपना अपराध
मानते हैं? इस पर लालू यादव समेत राबड़ी और तेजस्वी ने अपना अपराध मनाने से
इनकार किया कहा- मुकदमे का सामना करेंगे…
अब सवाल उठता है कि क्या चुनाव से ठीक पहले कोर्ट का ये आदेश आना लालू यादव
और आरजेडी के लिए नुकासनदेह है या फिर ये लालू ये साबित करने में कामयाब रहेंगे

A month before Bihar elections, Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, and Rabri Devi appear to be facing new legal challenges. While delivering the order, the court asked Lalu Yadav, “Do you admit your guilt?” Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav refused to admit their guilt and said they would face trial.
The question now arises: will this court order, just before the elections, be detrimental to Lalu Yadav and the RJD, or will Lalu Yadav be able to prove that he is being targeted for political reasons just before the elections? The court premises were packed. There are 14 accused in the IRCTC case, including Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav, and Prem Gupta. The sections under which charges have been framed include sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act apply only to Lalu Yadav, while sections 120B and 420 of the Prevention of Corruption Act apply only to Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav. The trial will be conducted under the IPC…
