वाराणसी के दुर्गाकुंड में स्थित शिया इमामबाड़ा को लेकर नगर निगम और मुतवल्ली के बीच विवाद गहरा गया है. नगर निगम का दावा है कि इमामबाड़ा उनकी जमीन पर अवैध रूप से बना है. जबकि मुतवल्ली ने वक्फ संपत्ति होने का दावा करते हुए दस्तावेज दिखाए हैं. प्रशासन ने समयसीमा देते हुए दस्तावेजों की जांच की है.

The dispute between the Municipal Corporation and the Mutawalli has deepened regarding the Shia Imambara located in Durgakund, Varanasi. The Municipal Corporation claims that the Imambara is built illegally on their land. Whereas the Mutawalli has shown documents claiming it to be a Waqf property. The administration has given a deadline and has examined the documents.
