सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आवारा कुत्तों को लेकर नया निर्देश जारी किया है, जिससे 11 अगस्त के आदेश के बाद से परेशान डॉग लवर्स को राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि जिन कुत्तों को पकड़ा गया है, उन्हें नसबंदी और टीकाकरण के बाद ही छोड़ा जाना चाहिए. इस फैसले से डॉग लवर्स में खुशी तो है लेकिन कुछ चिंताएं भी हैं.

The Supreme Court has issued a new directive regarding stray dogs, which has brought relief to dog lovers who were worried after the order of August 11. The court has said that the dogs that have been caught should be released only after sterilization and vaccination. Dog lovers are happy with this decision but there are some concerns too.
