सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वक्फ कानून से जुड़े मामले में अहम फैसला सुनाया है। शीर्ष अदालत ने वक्फ कानून से जुड़ी कुछ धाराओं पर रोक लगा दी है। अदालत ने वक्फ कानून की धारा 3 और धारा 4 पर रोक लगा दी है। सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने कहा कि हमारे पास पूरे कानून पर रोक लगाने का अधिकार नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि ये फैसला कानून की संवैधानिकता पर नहीं है। अदालत ने कहा कि वक्फ बोर्ड का सीईओ मुस्लिम समुदाय से हो। कोर्ट ने कहा कि वक्फ बोर्ड को 11 सदस्यों में तीन से अधिक गैर -मुस्लिम ना हो। कोर्ट ने इसके साथ ही राजस्व से संबंधित कानून पर रोक लगाई है।

The Supreme Court said that this decision is not on the constitutionality of the law. The court said that the CEO of the Waqf Board should be from the Muslim community. The court said that there should not be more than three non-Muslims among the 11 members of the Waqf Board. Along with this, the court has banned the law related to revenue.
