आज अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रंप रूस-यूक्रेन वॉर के समाधान के लिए पहले यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति वोलोदिमिर ज़ेलेंस्की से अब से लगभग डेढ़ घंटे बाद यानि रात साढ़े 10 बजे द्विपक्षीय वार्ता करेंगे..यानि इस बातचीत में सिर्फ ट्रंप और ज़ेलेंस्की शामिल होंगे…इस वार्ता से पहले डॉनल्ड ट्रंप ने साफ साफ कह दिया है Some things never change! यानि कुछ चीजों को कभी बदला नहीं जा सकता..ट्रंप ने एलान किया..ज़ेलेंस्की को ना तो क्रीमिया मिलेगा…और ना ही यूक्रेन को NATO में शामिल किया जाएगा…ट्रंप ने ज़ेलेंस्की से यह भी कहा कि उन्हें “शांति समझौते” के पक्ष में जाना चाहिए..ऐसी स्थिति में आप कहते हैं..लौट के ज़ेलेंस्की घर को आए…यानि जहां से रूस यूक्रेन वॉर की शुरूआत हुई थी…बात फिर से वहीं पर पहुंच चुकी है । और ट्रंप ने वार्ता से पहले ही ज़ेलेंस्की को संदेश दे दिया है…जिस तरह चिराग लेकर हवा से जंग नहीं लड़ी जा सकती..उसी तरह यूक्रेन भी अमेरिका की बैसाखी के सहारे रूस से अब और जंग नहीं लड़ सकता । इस वार्ता में भी ट्रंप…ज़ेलेंस्की के दिमाग में इस बात को ठीक से बिठाने की कोशिश करेंगे । इस मीटिंग के बाद ज़ेलेंस्की और यूरोपीय देशों के नेताओं के साथ भारतीय समय के मुताबिक रात साढ़े 12 बजे ट्रंप की एक और मीटिंग होगी । और इस दूसरी मीटिंग के बाद तय हो जाएगा..रूस यूक्रेन वॉर खत्म होगी तो किन शर्तों पर खत्म होगी…और जारी रहेगी तो किन वजहों से जारी रहेगी ।
