Putin along with his entourage had come to inspect the ongoing military exercise in Belarus…where Putin was seen in military uniform…Putin was wearing green army pants and a green jacket over it, on the lines of Russia’s AIRBORNE TROOPS i.e. Special Forces…From meeting the Russian military contingent that had come for the war exercise…to inspecting the weapons of the Russian army…Putin was in military uniform everywhere.
