ऐसा लग रहा है कि बिहार एक बार फिर 90 के दशक में चला गया है जब राजनीतिक हत्याएं यहां आम बात थीं। मोकामा में दुलारचंद यादव की हत्या और इस मामले में बाहुबली अनंत सिंह का नाम आने के बाद एक बार फिर बिहार में राजनीति के अपराधीकरण ने पूरे देश का ध्यान खींचा है। अब एक बार फिर मोकामा के टाल इलाक़े में ख़ून-ख़राबे का दौर शुरू होने की आशंका दिख रही है। गैंगवॉर शुरू होने का डर पैदा हो गया है। पूरे मोकामा में तनाव बना हुआ है। पुलिस और अर्धसैनिक बलों की भारी मौजूदगी के बावजूद हंगामा थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा।
