लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी ने अपने वकील द्वारा उनसे परामर्श किए बिना उनकी जान को खतरा होने के बारे में आवेदन दायर करने पर कड़ा संज्ञान लिया है. उन्होंने इस पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है और अपनी असहमति व्यक्त की है. वकील ने कहा कि उक्त पर्सिस को वापस लेने के लिए औपचारिक आवेदन दायर करूंगा. वहीं, कांग्रेस नेता सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने X पर पोस्ट शेयर करते हुए लिखा, ‘राहुल गांधी के वकील ने बिना उनसे बात किए या उनकी सहमति लिए अदालत में लिखित बयान दाखिल करके उनकी जान पर खतरे का हवाला दिया था. इस बात से राहुल गांधी की घोर असहमति है. इसलिए कल उनके वकील इस लिखित बयान को कोर्ट से वापस लेंगे.’

He has strongly objected to this and expressed his disagreement. The lawyer said that he will file a formal application to withdraw the said application. At the same time, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate shared a post on X and wrote, ‘Rahul Gandhi’s lawyer had cited threat to his life by filing a written statement in the court without talking to him or taking his consent. Rahul Gandhi strongly disagrees with this. Therefore, tomorrow his lawyer will withdraw this written statement from the court.’
