पटना के बापू सभागार में बिहार राज्य मदरसा शिक्षा बोर्ड के शताब्दी समारोह का आयोजन किया गया था जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार और उनके कई मंत्री भी शामिल हुए…इसी कार्यक्रम के दौरान नीतीश कुमार को पहनने के लिए टोपी दी गई…लेकिन नीतीश ने टोपी नहीं पहनी…इसके बाद नीतीश सरकार के मंत्री ज़मा ख़ान ने उन्हें फिर से टोपी पहनाने की कोशिश की…लेकिन इस बार नीतीश ने वही टोपी ज़मा ख़ान को पहना दी. इसके बाद कार्यक्रम में हंगामा शुरू हो गया…वहां मौजूद लोगों ने नीतीश और बिहार सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ जमकर नारेबाज़ी की…लोगों ने नीतीश कुमार पर मुसलमानों को ठगने का आरोप लगाया.

After this, a ruckus started in the program… the people present there raised slogans against Nitish and the Bihar government… people accused Nitish Kumar of cheating the Muslims.
