आमतौर पर बादल फटने की घटनाएं कहां होती हैं.. उत्तराखंड के ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में जैसे उत्तरकाशी और चमोली.. हिमाचल के मंडी से ऐसी तस्वीरें आती हैं.. जम्मू कश्मीर के किश्तवाड़ में आमतौर पर बादल फटता है.. लेकिन देहरादून जैसे गंगा के मैदानी इलाकों में बादल फटना कोई आम बात नहीं है..
