अब हम भारत में चांदी की बंपर खरीद के बाद दुनिया में चांदी की किल्लत का विश्लेषण करने वाले हैं.. मित्रों धनतेरस पर आप में से कई लोगों ने चांदी का सिक्का, बर्तन या आभूषण खरीदा होगा.. सोने की ऊंची कीमतों की वजह से कई लोगों ने इस बाद चांदी का रुख किया.. जिसके बाद इस साल दिवाली से पहले इतनी चांदी खरीदी गई कि मानो सिल्वर मार्केट में एक तूफान आ गया.. जिसे सिल्वर स्टॉर्म का नाम दिया गया है.. इसे अब आंकड़ों के जरिये समझाते हैं.. 2024 के धनतेरस में भारत में लगभग 20 टन चांदी की बिक्री हुई थी… लेकिन इस साल दाम दोगुना होने के बावजूद 40 टन चांदी की बिक्री हुई.. यानी दुनियाभर में औसतन जितनी चांदी का लेनदेन एक दिन में होता है.. उससे 450 फीसदी ज्यादा चांदी भारतीयों ने एक दिन में खरीद लिया.. इसका असर ये हुआ है कि भारत की सबसे बड़ी सिल्वर रिफाइनरी MMTC का स्टॉक पहली बार जीरो हो गया है…लंदन, जो चांदी के कारोबार का वैश्विक हब है… वहां चांदी का स्टॉक लगभग खत्म हो गया है.. ऐसी किल्लत हुई है कि दुनियाभर में चांदी के कारोबारी सिल्वर की सप्लाई के लिए 5 फीसदी प्रीमियम चार्ज कर रहे हैं.. सिल्वर लोन की ब्याज दरें 200% सालाना तक पहुंच गई हैं.

Around 20 tons of silver were sold in India on Dhanteras in 2024. But this year, despite the price doubling, 40 tons were sold. This means Indians purchased 450 percent more silver in a single day than the average daily silver transaction worldwide. The result is that stocks at MMTC, India’s largest silver refinery, have fallen to zero for the first time. In London, the global hub of silver trading, silver stocks have nearly run out. The shortage has become so severe that silver traders worldwide are struggling to find silver. They are charging a 5% premium for supply… Silver loan interest rates have reached 200% per annum.
