डर इसलिए क्योंकि जेल जाएंगे तो उनकी कुर्सी भी चली जाएगी…और कुर्सी बचाने के लिए तो नेताजी कुछ भी कर सकते हैं…हालांकि ये अलग बात है कि सत्ता में रहते हुए किसी को जेल पहुंचाना बहुत मुश्किल है और विपक्षी पार्टियों को लगता है कि वो सरकार के निशाने पर आ जाएगी…इसी वजह से राजनीति के शुद्धिकरण के नाम पर लाए गए विधेयक का ज़ोरदार विरोध हो रहा है…सबसे पहले ख़बर जान लेते हैं…गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आज सरकार चला रहे नेताओं के गंभीर मामलों में गिरफ़्तार होने पर पद से हटाने के लिए विधेयक लोकसभा में पेश किए…मौजूदा समय में गंभीर आरोपों में गिरफ़्तार मंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री को संविधान के तहत हटाने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है…लेकिन इस विधेयक में न सिर्फ़ मंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री को भी पद से हटाने का प्रावधान है…जो 3 विधेयक पेश किए गए हैं, उनमें पहला विधेयक है- 130वां संविधान संशोधन विधेयक 2025
