The ‘Machli’ family in Madhya Pradesh suffered its final blow on Thursday as authorities demolished a lavish three-storey mansion worth Rs 25 crore, which was built illegally on government land in Bhopal. As per details, the property belonged to Shariq Ahmed alias Machli, along with his brothers Sohel Ahmed and Shafeeq Ahmed, in Ward No. 62 of Anandpur Kokta, once considered the stronghold of the family.

मध्य प्रदेश के ‘मछली’ परिवार को गुरुवार को आखिरी झटका लगा जब अधिकारियों ने भोपाल में सरकारी ज़मीन पर अवैध रूप से बनी 25 करोड़ रुपये की आलीशान तीन मंजिला हवेली को ढहा दिया। जानकारी के अनुसार, यह संपत्ति शारिक अहमद उर्फ़ मछली, उसके भाइयों सोहेल अहमद और शफ़ीक़ अहमद की थी, जो आनंदपुर कोकता के वार्ड नंबर 62 में स्थित है, जिसे कभी इस परिवार का गढ़ माना जाता था।
