आर्यन खान की सीरीज THE BADS OF BOLLYWOOD अब कॉंट्रोवर्सी के भी दायरे में आ चुकी हैं और इतना ही नहीं बल्कि इस मूवी ने शाहरुख खान पर केस भी दर्ज करवा दिया है.
तो वहीं आपको बता दें कि पूर्व NCB OFFICER समीर वानखेड़े ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में शाहरुख खान पर मानहानी को लेकर 2 करोड़ का केस दर्ज करा दिया है और इतना ही नहीं शाहरुख खान के साथ साथ उनके पूरे परिवार यानी सीरीज के डायरेक्टर आर्यन खान और साथ ही रेड चिलीज की ओनर गौरी खान और नेटफ्लिक्स के खिलाफ भी हर्जाने की मांग की है. आपको बता दें कि समीर का कहना है कि इस सीरीज में समीर वानखेड़े की छवि को खराब किया गया है साथ ही समीर का मानना है कि इस सीरीज में उनकी सच्चाई को तोड़-मरोड़ कर दिखाया गया है.
समीर वानखेड़े इस सीरीज को लेकर गुस्से से आग बबूला हो चुके हैं, जैसे ही THE BADS OF BOLLYWOOD रिलीज हुई वैसे ही इस सीरीज ने तूल पकड़ लिया है और लफड़ा भड़क गया है, इस सीरीज के अंदर एक सीन है जिसमें वानखेड़े का जिक्र है और वानखेड़े का कहना है कि सीरीज में ड्रग्स के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने वाली जांच एजेंसियों को गलत ढंग से दिखाया गया है और उनकी इमेज के साथ खिलवाड़ हुआ है नेगेटिव इमेज क्रिएट करने की कोशिश की गई है. और साथ ही समीर का दावा है कि इस सीरीज के कारण लोगों का कानून पर से भरोसा उठ जाएगा. हालांकि उन्होंने आगे यह भी कहा है कि यह सब शाहरुख खान ने जान बूझकर किया है जिससे एंजेंसी की छवि खराब हो सके.
हालांकि पूर्व NCB OFFICER ने बोला है कि मानहानि से मिलने वाले 2 करोड़ रुपए की रकम मुंबई के टाटा मेमोरियल कैंसर हॉस्पिटल में डोनेट हो जाएगी और इस रकम से कैंसर के मरीजों का इलाज हो सकेगा.

Wankhede claims the series has tarnished his image and believes that the series distorts his truth. Sameer Wankhede is furious about the series. There’s a scene in the series that mentions Wankhede, and Wankhede claims that the series portrays the investigating agencies involved in drug operations in a negative light, tarnishing their image and creating a negative image. He also claims that the series will erode public trust in the law. However, he further stated that Shah Rukh Khan deliberately did all this to tarnish the agency’s image.
However, the former NCB officer has said that the amount of Rs 2 crore received from defamation will be donated to Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital in Mumbai and this amount will be used for the treatment of cancer patients.
