संभल में एसपी विधायक इकबाव महमूद ने कहा कि भारत में अगले 500 सालों तक कोई मुसलमान प्रधानमंत्री नहीं बन सकता है, क्योंकि मुसलमानों ने हमेशा गैर मुसलमानों को अपना नेता माना है। 2027 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों से विवादित बयानों का दौर शुरू हो गया है।
