संभल से सपा सांसद जिया उर रहमान बर्क को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के दौरान आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन मामले में अंतरिम राहत देते मुकदमे की कार्यवाही पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगाने का आदेश दिया है.

Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal, Zia-ur-Rehman Barq, has received significant relief from the Allahabad High Court. The court granted interim relief in a case alleging violations of the model code of conduct during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and ordered a stay on the trial proceedings until further orders.
