In its judgment, the court upheld the order of the Municipal Corporation Commissioner, which stated that all floors of the mosque were illegal and should be demolished. Meanwhile, after the district court’s decision on Thursday, members of the Dev Bhumi Sangharsh Samiti celebrated by distributing sweets to each other in the court premises.
