पटना में STET परीक्षा की मांग को लेकर छात्रों के प्रदर्शन पर पुलिस ने लाठी चार्ज किया और छात्रों को खदेड़ दिया। दरअसल, आज पटना में एसटीईटी परीक्षा की मांग को लेकर बड़ा प्रदर्शन किया गया । अभ्यर्थी मार्च निकालकर भिखना पहाड़ी, खेतान मार्केट, जेपी गोलंबर होते हुए डाकबंगला चौराहा पहुंचें। यहां छात्रों ने डाक बंगला चौराहे को जाम कर दिया। छात्रों ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि सरकार ने उनकी मांगों को नहीं माना तो वे महाआंदोलन करेंगे .इससे पहले भी 7 अगस्त को प्रदशन हुआ था जिस पर लाठी चली थी। छात्रों का कहना है कि TRE 4 से पहले STET एक्जाम लिया जाय। जबकि सीएम नीतीश ने TRE 5 से पहले एक्जाम लेने की घोषणा की और छात्र इसी से भड़के हुए थे और डाक बंगला को जाम कर दिया था। इसी बीच प्रशासन ने तीन छात्र प्रतिनिधि मंडल को अधिकारी से मिलाने ले गए और छात्रों को जाम हटाने को कहा। जब छात्र नही माने तो पुलिस ने बल प्रयोग किया और लाठी चार्ज कर छात्रों को भगा दिया। sdo पटना कुमार गौरव ने बताया कि कुछ छात्रों को हिरासत में लिया गया है उनपर कानून के हिसाब से करवाई होगी।

Candidates marched and reached Dakbungla Chauraha via Bhikhana Pahari, Khetan Market, JP Golambar. Here the students blocked the Dakbungla Chauraha. The students have warned that if the government does not accept their demands, they will launch a great movement. Earlier also, there was a demonstration on 7 August on which lathi was used. Students say that STET exam should be taken before TRE 4. Whereas CM Nitish announced to take the exam before TRE 5 and the students were enraged by this and blocked the Dakbungla. Meanwhile, the administration took three student delegations to meet the officer and asked the students to remove the jam. When the students did not agree, the police used force and lathi-charged and drove the students away. SDO Patna Kumar Gaurav said that some students have been detained and action will be taken against them as per the law.
