राजस्थान के कोटा में 221 फीट के रावण ने एशिया और बुक रिकार्ड में नाम तो दर्ज करा लिया लेकिन शायद एक अनचाह रिकार्ड भी उस रावण नाम दर्ज हो गया..जब रावण को हाईटेक तरीके से जलाने का प्लान फेल और फिर रावण को जलाने के लिए फायर ब्रिगेड की गाड़ियों को बुलाया गया।
