संसद के मॉनसून सत्र के दौरान जेल जाने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री और अन्य मंत्रियों को पद से हटाने वाला बिल पेश होने के बाद हंगामा गया. विपक्ष ने इसे काला कानून बता दिया था. इस मामले पर केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने कई बातें स्पष्ट कर दी हैं. उन्होंने एएनआई को दिए इंटरव्यू के दौरान विपक्ष का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि जेल में बैठे व्यक्ति देश नहीं चला सकता है. गृहमंत्री ने विपक्ष को लेकर कहा कि वे आज भी कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि कभी जेल गए तो वहीं से सरकार बना लेंगे.
