अमेरिका ने अपने टैरिफ के ‘चक्रव्‍यूह’ में पूरी दुनिया को फंसा दिया है। इसे भेदने का एक ही तरीका है- अमेरिका के साथ व्‍यापार समझौता। भारत और अमेरिका के बीच द्विपक्षीय व्यापार समझौते (बीटीए) की कोशिशें तेज हुई हैं। इस दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए भारत का एक वरिष्ठ प्रतिनिधिमंडल इस हफ्ते अमेरिका की यात्रा पर जाएगा। यह यात्रा दोनों देशों के बीच चल रही व्यापार वार्ता का एक और दौर है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पिछले गुरुवार को अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप से बात की थी। बताया था कि दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापार वार्ता में अच्छी प्रगति हुई है। यह समझौता फरवरी से ही चर्चा में है। तब दोनों देशों के शीर्ष नेताओं ने अपने अधिकारियों को एक डील पर काम करने और 2025 की शरद ऋतु तक इसके पहले चरण को अंतिम रूप देने का निर्देश दिया था। अब तक बातचीत के पांच दौर पूरे हो चुके हैं। एक अधिकारी ने बताया, ‘भारतीय टीम इस हफ्ते दौरा करेगी।’ उन्होंने इस बात की पुष्टि की कि चर्चाएं सही रास्ते पर हैं। ये अच्छी तरह से आगे बढ़ रही हैं। अब देखना ये है कि डील पर खुशखबरी कब तक आती है।
