लैटिन अमेरिका में जिस तरह से अमेरिका ने करीब 10 हजार सैनिकों की तैनाती के साथ ही अपने कई खतरनाक युद्धपोत….एयरक्रॉफ्ट कैरियर और परमाणु पनडुब्बियों की अचानक तैनाती बढ़ाई है, उसके बाद से तो ऐसा लग रहा है कि अमेरिका की सेना वेनेजुएला पर हमला करने के मूड में है….लेकिन यहां गौर करने वाली बात ये भी है कि अमेरिका की तमाम बड़ी तैयारियों के बावजूद भी वेनेजुएला झुकने के लिए तैयार नहीं है….बल्कि अमेरिका को भिड़ने की सीधी चुनौती भी दे रहा है…… वेनेज़ुएला के राष्ट्रपति निकोलस ने कहा कि उनकी सेना के पास देश भर में कम से कम 5,000 रूस में बनी इग्ला-एस मानव-पोर्टेबल सतह से हवा में मार करने वाली मिसाइलें हैं.. ये वही मिसाइल है, जिसका इस्तेमाल भारत भी करता है.
