अक्सर ये देखा जाता है कि जब भी किसी देश में VVIP गेस्ट को बुलाया जाता है तो उसके लिए सारी व्यवस्थाएं की जाती है.. सिक्योरिटी से लेकर उनके रूट तक तय किए जाते हैं.. जिससे कि उसे कोई परेशानी ना हो…लेकिन अमेरिका में इसके उलट देखने को मिला..क्यों कि यहां किसी छोटे मोटे गेस्ट के साथ नहीं बल्कि एक बड़े देश के राष्ट्रपति के साथ ऐसी शर्मनाक घटना हुई जो कई तरह के सवाल खड़े कर रही है..कि क्या ट्रंप के इशारों पर ये जानबूझकर किया गया या फिर कोई खुन्नस निकालनी गई.. दरअसल न्यूयॉर्क में इस बार 80 वें संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा यानी कि UNGA का आयोजन हो रहा है, जहां लगभग 200 देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्ष, सरकार प्रमुख, मंत्री और हजारों डिप्लोमैट्स हिस्सा लेने पहुंचे हैं….फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति भी अमेरिका के दौरे पर हैं. लेकिन इसी बीच चौंकाने वाला वाकया देखने को मिला है…..हुआ यूं कि जब फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति मैक्रों न्यूयॉर्क की सड़कों पर निकले तो उनकी गाड़ी को रोक दिया गया.. न‍ सिर्फ मैंक्रो को रोका गया बल्कि उन्‍हें ट्रंप के काफिले को रास्‍ता देने के लिए सड़क पर ही इंतजार करने को मजबूर किया गया. मैंक्रो के लिए ये बहुत बेइज्जत वाला पल था. जिसके बाद मैक्रों खुद गाड़ी से उतरे और रास्ता खुलवाने के लिए ट्रंप को फोन लगाना पड़ा
