बिहार चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है. 243 सीटों पर होने वाले इस चुनाव को सिर्फ दो चरणों में ही पूरा किया जाएगा.. जो कि राज्य के इतिहास में पहली बार होगा. पहले चरण का मतदान 6 नवंबर को होगा, जबकि दूसरे चरण की वोटिंग 11 नवंबर को होगी. वहीं वोटों की गिनती यानि मतगणना 14 नवंबर को होगी. यहां गौर करने वाली बात ये है कि जिस वक्त चुनाव आयोग तारीखों का ऐलान कर रहा था उससे कुछ देर पहले ही बीजेपी के नेतृत्व वाली बिहार सरकार ने ऐसा तोहफा दिया कि जो यहां बड़ा खेला करने वाला साबित हो सकता है.. दरअसल आचार संहिता लगने से कुछ घंटे पहले ही मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने बिहार की जनता के लिए ताबड़तोड़ फैसले लिए..जहां पटना मेट्रो का उद्घाटन किया..और एक बड़ा चुनावी दांव चलते हुए महिला रोजगार योजना के तहत 21 लाख महिलाओं के बैंक खातों में सीधे 10-10 हजार रुपये ट्रांसफर कर दिए. कहा जा रहा है कि दीवाली और छठ पूजा से पहले इतनी बड़ी रकम महिलाओं के खाते में डालना चुनाव पर बड़ा असर डाल सकता है.

The first phase of voting will take place on November 6th, while the second phase will be held on November 11th. The counting of votes will take place on November 14th. It’s worth noting that shortly before the Election Commission was announcing the dates, the BJP-led Bihar government delivered a gift that could prove to be a game-changer. In fact, just hours before the code of conduct came into effect, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made a series of decisions for the people of Bihar: inaugurating the Patna Metro and, in a major electoral move, transferring ₹10,000 each directly into the bank accounts of 2.1 million women under the Women’s Employment Scheme. It’s being said that depositing such a large sum of money into women’s accounts before Diwali and Chhath Puja could have a significant impact on the election.
