Shilpa Medicare Bonus Share: अब इस तारीख तक रखो शेयर, मिलेगा 1 पर 1 फ्री! Stock Market| Zee Business
Shilpa Medicare Ltd, a well-known pharma company, recently announced a 1:1 bonus share issue. This means investors will receive one free share for every share they hold. Earlier, the record date for this bonus issue was fixed as September 26, 2025. However, in a new regulatory filing, the company has revised the record date to October 3, 2025.
The change has been made in compliance with BSE’s circular dated February 7, 2025. As per this rule, companies must maintain a minimum gap of three working days between the approval of a bonus issue and the announcement of the record date.

फार्मा कंपनी Shilpa Medicare Ltd ने 1:1 बोनस शेयर का ऐलान किया है. यानी हर 1 शेयर पर 1 शेयर फ्री मिलेगा. पहले इस बोनस इश्यू के लिए रिकॉर्ड डेट 26 सितंबर 2025 रखी गई थी, लेकिन अब इसे बदलकर 3 अक्टूबर 2025 कर दिया गया है.
यह बदलाव BSE के 7 फरवरी 2025 के सर्कुलर के तहत किया गया है. इस नियम के अनुसार, बोनस शेयर का प्रस्ताव पास होने और रिकॉर्ड डेट तय करने के बीच कम से कम 3 वर्किंग डेज़ का गैप होना जरूरी है.
