अगर कोई banned games का advertisement देता है, तो उसे 2 साल तक की जेल और ₹50 लाख fine देना होगा.

अगर कोई financial transaction (जैसे UPI या बैंक पेमेंट) करता है इन games से जुड़ा हुआ, तो उसे भी 3 साल जेल और ₹1 करोड़ fine देना होगा.

इतना ही नहीं, अगर कोई बार-बार rules तोड़ता है, तो उसे 5 साल तक जेल और ₹2 करोड़ तक का जुर्माना भी लग सकता है.
कुछ मामलों में पुलिस बिना warrant arrest कर सकती है और तुरंत bail भी नहीं मिलेगी.
यानी अब online money games सिर्फ timepass या hobby नहीं रहे, बल्कि कानून की नजर में बड़ा अपराध बन चुके हैं. इसलिए अगर आप gaming करते हैं, तो ध्यान रखें – E-sports और educational games allowed हैं, लेकिन money games पर सख्त रोक है और जुर्माना बहुत भारी है.
