दिवाली का मौसम शुरू हो चुका है और देशभर के बाजारों में रौनक लौट आई है. दिल्ली, मुंबई, जयपुर और सूरत जैसे शहरों में खरीदारों की भीड़ देखने को मिल रही है. आने वाला धनतेरस हमेशा से सोना, चांदी, बर्तन और household items खरीदने का शुभ दिन माना जाता है.
इस साल एक बड़ा अपडेट सामने आया है. CAIT (Confederation of All India Traders) और AIJGF (All India Jewellers and Goldsmith Federation) के मुताबिक, धनतेरस 2025 पर सोना और चांदी की कुल बिक्री ₹50,000 करोड़ से ज्यादा पहुंच सकती है.
सर्वे के अनुसार, इस बार लोग heavy jewellery के बजाय gold और silver coins खरीदने में ज्यादा दिलचस्पी दिखा रहे हैं. वहीं, सोने की कीमतें ₹1,30,000 प्रति 10 ग्राम और चांदी की कीमत ₹1,80,000 प्रति किलो के पार पहुंच गई हैं — यानी पिछले साल के मुकाबले करीब 60% की बढ़त.
बढ़ती कीमतों के बावजूद ग्राहकों का जोश बरकरार है. अब लोग jewellery को सिर्फ शोभा नहीं, बल्कि smart investment के रूप में देख रहे हैं.
CAIT के सेक्रेटरी जनरल प्रवीण खंडेलवाल और AIJGF के प्रेसिडेंट पंकज अरोड़ा का कहना है कि middle और high-income ग्राहक अब solid gold coins और lightweight designs को पसंद कर रहे हैं.
देशभर के लगभग 5 लाख ज्वैलर्स इस बार रिकॉर्ड सेल की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं. अनुमान है कि कुल 25 टन सोना और 1,000 टन चांदी बिक सकती है, जिसकी वैल्यू ₹50,000 करोड़ से ज्यादा होगी.
ज्वैलर्स अब fancy designs और silver coins पर फोकस कर रहे हैं ताकि changing trend और ग्राहकों की पसंद दोनों को पूरा किया जा सके.
The festive season has brought back energy to Indian markets, with Dhanteras 2025 expected to see record gold and silver sales. According to CAIT and AIJGF, total transactions could cross ₹50,000 crore. Rising gold prices (₹1,30,000 per 10g) and silver (₹1,80,000 per kg) haven’t slowed down buyers. This year, shoppers are showing greater interest in gold and silver coins instead of heavy jewellery. Jewellers report that middle and high-income buyers prefer solid gold coins and lightweight ornaments. Across India’s 5 lakh jewellers, total sales could reach 25 tonnes of gold and 1,000 tonnes of silver. Despite soaring prices, the market buzz remains strong, as people now see precious metals not just for decoration but as a smart investment option. Dhanteras 2025 is set to become one of India’s biggest gold and silver shopping seasons ever.
