Zee News UCC Amendment Law in Uttarakhand : उत्तराखंड में समान नागरिक संहिता (UCC) पर बड़ा फैसला | CM Dhami

उत्तराखंड सरकार ने समान नागरिक संहिता संशोधन अध्यादेश को लागू कर
दिया है। राज्यपाल की मंजूरी के बाद जारी इस अध्यादेश के जरिए यूसीसी 2024 में जरूरी प्रक्रियात्मक प्रशासनिक और दंडात्मक सुधार किए गए हैं। सरकार का कहना है कि इन संशोधनों से कानून को लागू करना ज्यादा प्रभावी, पारदर्शी और सुचारू होगा जिससे आम नागरिकों को स्पष्टता और सुविधा मिलेगी। बिहार के सुपौल में गणतंत्र दिवस पर सरकारी स्कूल में एक शिक्षक ने मिस्टर जिन्ना अमर रहे का नारा लगा दिया। जिसके बाद वहां बवाल हो गया। आरोपी शिक्षक को गिरफ्तार कर उस पर केस दर्ज किया गया है।

The Uttarakhand government has implemented the Uniform Civil Code Amendment Ordinance. Issued after the Governor’s approval, this ordinance introduces necessary procedural, administrative, and penal reforms to the UCC 2024. The government states that these amendments will make the implementation of the law more effective, transparent, and streamlined, providing clarity and convenience to ordinary citizens. In Supaul, Bihar, a teacher at a government school raised the slogan “Long live Mr. Jinnah” on Republic Day, leading to an uproar. The accused teacher was arrested and a case has been registered against him.
