मुंबई से सटे ठाणे जिले में अंबरनाथ के ईस्ट और वेस्ट साइड को जोड़ने वाले ब्रिज पर गुरुवार देर शाम एक भयानक सड़क हादसा हुआ। दो लोगों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई, जबकि कई दूसरे गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। शुरुआती पुलिस जानकारी के मुताबिक, यह दुखद हादसा तेज़ रफ़्तार और ट्रैफिक नियमों के उल्लंघन की वजह से हुआ। ब्रिज के गलत साइड से आ रही एक बेकाबू कार सामने से आ रहे कई टू-व्हीलर से टकरा गई।

A horrific road accident occurred late Thursday evening on the bridge connecting the east and west sides of Ambernath in Thane district, adjacent to Mumbai. Two people died on the spot, while several others were seriously injured. According to initial police information, the tragic accident was caused by speeding and traffic violations. An out-of-control car coming from the wrong side of the bridge collided with several oncoming two-wheelers.
