सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भारतीय सेना पर टिप्पणी वाले मामले में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई पर लगी रोक 4 दिसंबर तक बढ़ा दी है। दरअसल आपको बता दें कि
मामला राहुल की 2022 की उस टिप्पणी से जुड़ा हुआ है, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि चीन ने भारत की 2,000 किलोमीटर जमीन कब्जा ली। कोर्ट पहले ही इस बयान पर नाराज़गी दिखा चुका है और पूछा था कि “सबूत क्या है?”
राहुल ने हाईकोर्ट के समन आदेश को चुनौती दी है।
फिलहाल कार्यवाही पर रोक जारी।
The Supreme Court has extended the stay on proceedings against Rahul Gandhi until December 4th in connection with his comments on the Indian Army. The case relates to Rahul Gandhi’s 2022 comment that China had occupied 2,000 kilometers of Indian territory. The court has already expressed displeasure over this statement and asked, “What is the evidence?”

Rahul has challenged the High Court’s summons order.

The stay on proceedings remains in effect.
