EPFO ने इस बारे में कह दिया है कि अब इसकी डेट में आगे कोई बढ़ोतरी नहीं मिलने वाली. मतलब कि जिन employes ने लिंकिंग नहीं कराई. वह अब नवंबर 2025 से यह काम नहीं कर पाएंगे. चलिए आपको बताते हैं इसका किस काम पर असर पड़ेगा. आधार को यूनिवर्सल अकाउंट नंबर (UAN) से लिंक कराने की तय समयसीमा समाप्त हो चुकी है, और जिन कर्मचारियों ने यह प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं की है, उन्हें अब कई महत्वपूर्ण सुविधाओं से वंचित रहना पड़ सकता है। समय पर लिंकिंग न होने की वजह से EPFO से जुड़ी कई सेवाएँ—जैसे ऑनलाइन क्लेम लगाना, KYC अपडेट करना, सेविंग्स की निगरानी करना और PF ट्रांसफर की सुविधा—फिलहाल बाधित हो सकती हैं। कई संस्थानों ने कर्मचारियों को समय रहते आधार-UAN जोड़ने के लिए लगातार जागरूक किया था, क्योंकि यह कदम न केवल पहचान सत्यापन के लिए आवश्यक है बल्कि EPFO की सभी डिजिटल सेवाओं का आधार भी है। अब डेडलाइन चूकने के बाद कर्मचारियों को अतिरिक्त प्रक्रिया, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और कभी-कभी ऑफिस विज़िट जैसी औपचारिकताओं से गुजरना पड़ सकता है, जिससे उनका समय और मेहनत दोनों बढ़ेंगे। विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि भविष्य में किसी भी आर्थिक असुविधा से बचने के लिए कर्मचारियों को जल्द से जल्द अपडेटेड दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी चाहिए, ताकि उनका PF खाता सुचारु रूप से चलता रहे और क्लेम से जुड़ी अड़चनें दूर हो सकें।
