दिल्ली में आत्मघाती हमला करने वाले आतंकी मॉड्यूल के तुर्किए लिंक के बारे में हम आपको बता चुके हैं। उकासा नाम के एक विदेशी हैंडलर से इनके संपर्क की ख़बरें सामने आ चुकी हैं। अब इन आतंकियों के एक और विदेशी हैंडलर के बारे में पता लगा है। इस हैंडलर ने बम बनाने के 42 वीडियो आतंकी मुज़म्मिल अहमद गनई को भेजे थे। वही मुज़म्मिल जो फिदायीन हमलावर उमर उन नबी के साथ फ़रीदाबाद की अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी में काम करता था और जिसने बम बनाने के लिए भारी मात्रा में अमोनियम नाइट्रेट जमा किया था। अपने हैंडलर की तरफ़ से भेजे गए इन 42 वीडियो को देख-देखकर मुज़म्मिल अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी में बम बनाने की साज़िश में जुटा हुआ था। इसे DIY टास्क भी कहा जाता है यानी Do it yourself. मुज़म्मिल के फोन से जो वीडियो मिले हैं, उनमें कुछ ड्रोन से हमले के वीडियो भी हैं।

This handler sent 42 bomb-making videos to terrorist Muzammil Ahmed Ganai. The same Muzammil who worked with suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi at Al Falah University in Faridabad and who had collected a large quantity of ammonium nitrate for bomb-making. Watching these 42 videos sent by his handler, Muzammil was engaged in a conspiracy to build a bomb at Al Falah University. This is also known as a DIY task, or do-it-yourself. Among the videos recovered from Muzammil’s phone are some drone attacks.
