इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने यौन उत्पीड़न केस में शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी है. जस्टिस जितेंद्र कुमार सिन्हा ने अग्रिम जमानत पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है.
