Bangladesh Protest | Protest Erupts at Fulbari Border, Trucks from Bangladesh Blocked | Zee 24 Ghanta

Tension flared up at the Fulbari border near Siliguri today as protesters blocked several trucks arriving from Bangladesh. The agitation was sparked by the ongoing unrest and reported atrocities against minorities in the neighboring country, specifically the brutal killing of Hindu youth Dipu Das in Mymensingh. Led by BJP leaders, including MLA Sikha Chatterjee, the demonstrators raised slogans against the interim government of Bangladesh and demanded the safety of Hindus. বাংলাদেশে হিন্দু যুবক দীপু দাসের নৃশংস হত্যাকাণ্ডের প্রতিবাদে এবার উত্তাল শিলিগুড়ির ফুলবাড়ি সীমান্ত। বুধবার সকাল থেকেই ফুলবাড়ি ইমিগ্রেশন চেকপোস্টের সামনে বাংলাদেশে থেকে আসা পণ্যবাহী ট্রাক আটকে বিক্ষোভ দেখান বিজেপি কর্মী ও হিন্দুত্ববাদী সংগঠনের সদস্যরা। ডাবগ্রাম-ফুলবাড়ির বিধায়ক শিখা চট্টোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে আন্দোলনকারীরা ট্রাকের ওপর উঠে জাতীয় পতাকা হাতে স্লোগান দেন। ওপার বাংলায় হিন্দুদের ওপর অত্যাচার বন্ধ না হলে সীমান্ত বাণিজ্য পুরোপুরি স্তব্ধ করে দেওয়ার হুঁশিয়ারি দেওয়া হয়েছে। শুধু ফুলবাড়ি নয়, উত্তর ২৪ পরগনার পেট্রাপোল ও ঘোজাডাঙা সীমান্তেও একই ছবি ধরা পড়েছে। দেখুন সীমান্তের উত্তেজনার সরাসরি ছবি।
