As China’s annual “two sessions” is underway, it carries extra weight this year with the unveiling of a new development plan for the world’s second-largest economy. That means drumming up confidence in the nation’s private enterprises, says He Xiaopeng, a deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress, who’s the chairman and CEO of Xpeng Motors.
