Hong Kong is bracing for the strongest storm of the year, Super Typhoon Ragasa. Schools and businesses are closing as authorities prepare for hurricane-force winds. Ragasa’s winds are reaching up to 220 km/h, threatening southern China. At Least 700 passenger flights have been suspended. The Hong Kong Observatory may raise the typhoon warning to its third-highest level. Coastal and high-ground areas are expected to face hurricane-force gusts.
