Taliban Official: ‘Ready To Accept & Embrace Deported Afghans Sent To Us’ | WION
The Taliban has declared it is willing to work with UK Reform Party leader Nigel Farage on his proposed plan to deport 600,000 illegal migrants, including Afghans. A senior official from Kabul said they would accept returnees with “dignity” and welcome aid, but not direct payments. The statement follows Farage’s pledge to tear up international treaties and strike new deals with countries like Afghanistan, Iran, and Eritrea. With Downing Street not ruling out similar future deals, the Taliban hinted it may find Farage’s approach “easier” to work with.
