WION NTSB Photos Reveal Cause of UPS Flight Crash!

The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released investigative photos showing the left engine of UPS Flight 2976 detached after takeoff, striking the fuselage and igniting a fire, leading to the crash near Louisville airport on November 4. The Boeing MD-11F lifted off but remained low before hitting a warehouse and other buildings, resulting in 14 fatalities. Fatigue cracks were found in the engine pylon mount, pointing to structural failure as a key cause.
